About this task
This medical devices company for elder care (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Paralegal for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–12 h a week. Prepares contracts, forms and letters for attorney review.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The company prefers a person who can come to Valencia for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Prepare 10 documents a week from templates and client data for attorney review.
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Monday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
