About this task
This online travel company in tours and activities (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Paralegal for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–12 h a week. Prepares contracts, forms and letters for attorney review.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Spain works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Prepare 15 documents a week from templates and client data for attorney review.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
