About this task
This automotive supplier in aftermarket parts (5,000+ employees) is looking for a specialist Paralegal for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–12 h a week. Prepares contracts, forms and letters for attorney review.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Spain. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Prepare 10 documents a week from templates and client data for attorney review.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
