About this task
This Food-supply cooperative in fruit and vegetables (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Paralegal for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–12 h a week. Prepares contracts, forms and letters for attorney review.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is an agri-business, so the calendar follows the growing season.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Spain works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Prepare 8 documents a week from templates and client data for attorney review.
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
