About this task

This Series C crypto payments company in custody (201–500 employees) is looking for a director Privacy & GDPR Counsel for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews and negotiates processing agreements.

A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.

The team sits in London. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

  • Review 12 vendor DPAs for sub-processors, transfers and security terms.
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer

How the work runs

  • Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
  • Days 2 to 4: the work, with questions answered the same day
  • Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
