About this task
This Series C language-learning company for professional exams (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Privacy & GDPR Counsel for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Steps, roles and templates for a data incident.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It works in education, with a calendar built around terms and enrolment peaks.
The team sits in Nicosia. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Write a breach response playbook with decision tree and regulator notification templates.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
