About this task

This Series C online learning platform for K-12 schools (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Technical Sourcer for an ongoing part-time engagement of 6–12 h a week. Builds a shortlist of qualified engineers for open roles.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in education, with a calendar built around terms and enrolment peaks.

The company prefers a person who can come to Minneapolis for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).

What you deliver

  • Source 25 qualified backend engineers a week for two open roles and log them in the ATS.
  • A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

What a week looks like

  • Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
  • Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
  • Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
