About this task
This payroll and HR services provider for healthcare staffing (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Technical Sourcer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Finds channels that widen the pool without lowering the bar.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The team sits in San Jose. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Evaluate eight sourcing channels and test two for a month.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
