About this task
This recruiting platform for finance hiring (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Technical Sourcer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Search strings that find the right people repeatedly.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The team sits in Richmond. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Write and test search strings for five engineering roles across LinkedIn and GitHub.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
