About this task

This regional bank focused on commercial property (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Employee Relations Advisor for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Interviews, evidence review and a fair written report.

The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Sweden. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Investigate a bullying complaint: interview six people and deliver a findings report.
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

How the work runs

  • Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
  • Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
  • Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
