About this task
This property developer in student housing (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior CRM Administrator for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Automations for assignment, reminders and updates.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The company prefers a person who can come to Terrassa for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Build 8 workflows for follow-ups, lead scoring and deal stage tasks.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
Tools
Who fits
- 5-10 years of hands-on work as a CRM Administrator, or the equivalent mix of roles
- Business-level Spanish as well as English: the documents and part of the team work in Spanish
- Comfortable working in HubSpot, Zapier and Salesforce Flow
- Your own work history stays private; the company sees a first name, your field and a rate
Nice to have
- Comfortable explaining numbers or decisions to a non-specialist reader
- A habit of asking one clarifying question early rather than five late
Not included
- Managing other contractors or employees
- Work outside the scope written in the brief; extra items are quoted separately
- Anything that needs a signature in your own name unless the brief says so
How you get paid
- The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
- Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
- You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
- You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
