About this task
This defence technology company in drones (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a specialist CRM Administrator for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Automations for assignment, reminders and updates.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.
The team sits in London. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Build 8 workflows for follow-ups, lead scoring and deal stage tasks.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
