About this task
This consumer goods company in baby care (5,000+ employees) is looking for a specialist CRM Administrator for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Automations for assignment, reminders and updates.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Build 10 workflows for follow-ups, lead scoring and deal stage tasks.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 7: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
