About this task

This Series B direct-to-consumer brand (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Customer Churn Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Measures who returns after outreach and which offers worked.

The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

  • Analyse the win-back email results and rank offers by reactivation rate and revenue.
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed

How the work runs

  • Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
  • Days 2 to 5: the work, with questions answered the same day
  • Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

  • Deftridge pays you in USD after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
  • You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
  • You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
