About this task

This mobility company in aftermarket parts (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Sales Operations Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. The pipeline and the forecast, cleaned and explained every week.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Slovenia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Clean the opportunity data, produce the weekly forecast with commit and best case and flag the deals at risk.
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

• Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
• Monday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
• Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
