About this task
This crypto payments company in custody (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Sales Operations Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. The pipeline and the forecast, cleaned and explained every week.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Austria. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Clean the opportunity data, produce the weekly forecast with commit and best case and flag the deals at risk.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Monday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
