About this task
This property developer in student housing (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Operations Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–9 h a week. Keeps cross-team work moving and the weekly numbers visible.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Run the weekly ops review, chase blockers across three teams and send a one-page status every Friday.

What a week looks like
- Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities

Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
