About this task
This energy services company in energy storage (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Operations Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–9 h a week. Keeps cross-team work moving and the weekly numbers visible.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is an energy business with strict compliance and reporting cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Poland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Run the weekly ops review, chase blockers across three teams and send a one-page status every Friday.
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Monday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
