About this task
This warehousing operator for e-commerce brands (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Operations Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–9 h a week. Keeps cross-team work moving and the weekly numbers visible.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The team sits in Białystok. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Run the weekly ops review, chase blockers across three teams and send a one-page status every Friday.
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
