About this task

This management consulting firm for family businesses (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a director Fractional CMO for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Weekly check-in that sets priorities and unblocks the team.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.

The company prefers a person who can come to Wrocław for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Lead the weekly marketing call, set priorities and send a one-page summary of decisions.
• A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

• Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Wednesday: main working block (2 hours)
• Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
