About this task
This government IT contractor serving health agencies (5,000+ employees) is looking for a director Fractional CMO for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Weekly check-in that sets priorities and unblocks the team.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It supplies the public sector, so documentation follows contract rules.
The team sits in Gdynia. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Lead the weekly marketing call, set priorities and send a one-page summary of decisions.

What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
