About this task
This Electric-vehicle maker in fleet services (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a director Fractional CMO for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Weekly check-in that sets priorities and unblocks the team.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.
The team sits in Eisenzicken. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Lead the weekly marketing call, set priorities and send a one-page summary of decisions.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid
