About this task
This biotech company in oncology (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Contracts Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. Takes in contract requests and moves them to signature.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in life sciences, where documents are versioned and reviewed in a fixed order.

- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (2 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
