About this task
This health insurer covering small businesses (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Contracts Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. Takes in contract requests and moves them to signature.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The company prefers a person who can come to Munich for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Triage new contract requests, prepare drafts from templates and track each to signature.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
