About this task
This Real-estate services firm (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Contracts Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Clear positions the business can negotiate within.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The team sits in Hamburg. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Write a playbook for customer contracts: standard terms, fallbacks and who must approve what.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
