About this task

This Growth-stage web3 infrastructure company in compliance tooling (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Contracts Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. Takes in contract requests and moves them to signature.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.

What you deliver

  • Triage new contract requests, prepare drafts from templates and track each to signature.
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
  • A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

What a week looks like

  • Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Monday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
