About this task
This staffing firm for small businesses (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Contracts Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Prepares and supports a negotiation.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The team sits in Foggia. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Prepare a negotiation brief for a large supplier contract and attend two calls.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
