About this task
This Series C web3 infrastructure company for payments (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Terms & Policies Drafter for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Terms for a website or SaaS product.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.
The team sits in Turin. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Draft terms of service for a B2B SaaS product for US and UK customers.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
