Volume Hiring Pre-Screen (Greenhouse)

About this task

This digital bank with a regional branch network (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Phone Screener for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Short calls for high-volume roles with fast handoff.

The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.

The company prefers a person who can come to Vienna for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

• Screen 200 applicants for a seasonal office role in two weeks and hand 40 to hiring managers.
• A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
• The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result

What a month looks like

• Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
• Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
• Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
