About this task

This freight and logistics company (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Phone Screener for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Aligns recruiters on how ratings are applied.

A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.

The team sits in Vienna. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Calibrate ratings with the recruiting team on 6 recorded screens.
• Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
• One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
