About this task
This health charity (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Phone Screener for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Short calls for high-volume roles with fast handoff.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Screen 120 applicants for a seasonal office role in two weeks and hand 25 to hiring managers.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
