About this task
This savings and loan group serving professional firms (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Phone Screener for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Aligns recruiters on how ratings are applied.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.
What you deliver
- Calibrate ratings with the recruiting team on 10 recorded screens.
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
