About this task

This Food-supply cooperative in greenhouse growing (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Phone Screener for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Short calls for high-volume roles with fast handoff.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It is an agri-business, so the calendar follows the growing season.

The team sits in Los Angeles. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

• Screen 150 applicants for a seasonal office role in two weeks and hand 30 to hiring managers.
• A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
• The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result

What a month looks like

• Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
• Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
• Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid
