About this task
This industrial manufacturer (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Phone Screener for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Short calls for high-volume roles with fast handoff.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The company prefers a person who can come to Denver for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (MT).
What you deliver
- Screen 150 applicants for a seasonal office role in two weeks and hand 30 to hiring managers.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
