About this task

This electronics manufacturer making building materials (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Business Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Weighted criteria and a fair comparison of shortlisted tools.

A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.

The company prefers a person who can come to Düsseldorf for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Build a weighted scorecard for five HR systems and write a one-page recommendation.
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included

How the work runs

  • Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
  • Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
  • Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
