About this task
This Series C corporate card and spend platform for freelancers (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Business Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Weighted criteria and a fair comparison of shortlisted tools.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Build a weighted scorecard for five HR systems and write a one-page recommendation.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
