About this task

This Digital-asset exchange (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Accounts Payable Specialist for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–10 h a week. Enters invoices, matches them to purchase orders and routes them for approval.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Sweden. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Process the week's 100 vendor invoices with two-way matching and chase approvers for the 8 oldest.
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

  • Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
  • Monday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
  • Friday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
