About this task
This telecom software company serving businesses (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Office & Admin Coordinator for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Orders supplies, manages vendors and checks invoices.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.
The team sits in Nice. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Handle weekly supply orders and vendor queries and send invoices to finance.
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (3 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
