About this task
This boutique law firm advising lenders (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Office & Admin Coordinator for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Orders supplies, manages vendors and checks invoices.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.
The team sits in Hannover. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Handle weekly supply orders and vendor queries and send invoices to finance.
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
