About this task
This management consulting firm (51–200 employees) is looking for a specialist Office & Admin Coordinator for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Orders supplies, manages vendors and checks invoices.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The team sits in Eindhoven. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Handle weekly supply orders and vendor queries and send invoices to finance.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
