About this task
This Series C digital-asset exchange in custody (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior CRM Administrator for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Short guides and office hours.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Record 12 short training videos and run weekly CRM office hours.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (2 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
