About this task
This machinery maker making building materials (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Business Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Writes and refines stories so engineers can start.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The team sits in Livorno. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Refine 15 backlog stories each week with acceptance criteria and open questions listed.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (2 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
