About this task
This management consulting firm for retailers (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Business Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Test scenarios and a sign-off route for a new system or change.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Italy works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Write 60 UAT scenarios for the new CRM workflows, run them with business users and log defects.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
