About this task
This b2B media company in education (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Business Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Writes and refines stories so engineers can start.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It publishes content on a schedule, so editorial deadlines are fixed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Italy works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Refine 15 backlog stories each week with acceptance criteria and open questions listed.
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
