About this task
This Seed expense management software company for freelancers (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior Business Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Writes and refines stories so engineers can start.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Belgium. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Refine 20 backlog stories each week with acceptance criteria and open questions listed.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Friday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
