About this task
This staffing firm for healthcare staffing (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Legal for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–6 h a week. Checks AI handling of advice limits, disclaimers and referral to a lawyer.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Spain works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Review 40 conversations for responsible advice limits and mark replies that overstate certainty.
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid
