About this task
This property and casualty insurer for professional liability (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: Legal for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Writes the model legal answer for grading.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Spain works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Write 12 short model memos on common commercial questions with sources and a marking note.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
