About this task
This defence technology company (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Learning & Development Designer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Measures learning and business effect.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Evaluate the completed sales training with survey and CRM data.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 5: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
