About this task

This government IT contractor serving cities (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Learning & Development Designer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Adapts a course for different countries.

The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It supplies the public sector, so documentation follows contract rules.

The company prefers a person who can come to Garden Grove for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

  • Adapt a compliance course for the UK, Germany and Canada with local examples.
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

How the work runs

  • Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
  • Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
  • Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
