About this task
This Series C cybersecurity software company (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. Individual statements showing the full value of pay.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The team sits in Manchester. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver
- Prepare total rewards statements for 150 employees with a template and cost data.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
